This Privacy Policy explains how Professional Audio Recorder Voice Notes Lab Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use AI Voice Recorder Pro (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Audio Recording Content

When you start recording, the App uses microphone access to capture audio and create recording files. Recording files are stored locally on your device and used for core features such as playback, marks, management, and sharing.

We do not upload your recording audio content to our server by default.

1.2 Basic Device and App Data

To operate the App and maintain service quality, we may process limited technical data such as app version, device model, client identifier, and basic request metadata required for startup reporting, update checks, and legal document URL retrieval.

At this stage, the server-side startup reporting endpoint stores: clientId, appVersion, deviceModel, and createdAt.

1.3 Feedback Data

If you use in-app feedback, the App may process text you enter, optional contact details, and screenshots you select. In the current version, feedback submission to the server is not enabled by default.

1.4 Local Preferences and Cache

The App stores local configuration data (for example theme settings, recording presets, legal-doc URLs, and update cache) on your device using key-value storage.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core recording and playback functionality.
• Display legal documents and app update information.
• Run startup reporting and update checks for app operations.
• Maintain app stability, compatibility, and troubleshooting capability.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your audio recordings for advertising resale.

We may share limited data only when necessary:

• To complete actions you explicitly trigger (for example sharing or opening external links).
• To process required backend requests through our service infrastructure.
• To comply with legal obligations or valid government requests.
• To protect lawful rights, safety, and security.

4. Permissions

• Microphone: required for recording audio.
• Notifications: used for recording-related foreground service notifications.
• Network and Network State: required for backend communication and update/legal-doc requests.

The current version does not provide in-app account registration or login.

5. Data Storage and Security

Audio files and app settings are mainly stored on your device. For server communication, we transmit only necessary data and apply reasonable safeguards.

No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local recordings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
• Local cache/preferences remain until cleared by you, app reinstall, or system cleanup.
• Server-side technical records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, and compliance, then deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Choices

• You can manage microphone and notification permissions in system settings.
• You can delete local recordings/cache or uninstall the App.
• You may choose not to submit feedback or contact details.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children as a primary audience. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, use the App under guardian supervision.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may open external webpages, browser pages, or app store pages. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy due to product, legal, or operational changes. Updated versions will be posted through the legal document page used by the App.
